Music: "Hope" by Ghostrifter

I want to believe that I fully embrace

the places where my feet land,

And where my body rests

embrace the cracks in my bones,

face the faults of my mind, gently but firm

Heed the whispers that stir inside my belly,

They belong to me, and they are good

I want to believe that every joyful and difficult step I take

Leads me to path of truth and love

Because I am a voyager, I am a healer,

I am deeply kind and flawed

I’m a companion, a daughter

And a friend

In this space I touch the earth

I want to believe I will be free

I want to believe that I choose life

That I will be my stirrings and longings

That I will be and am the dancing,

I will be and am the whispers in my belly,

I am those things and all that dances and sings

Barefoot, sweetly and free

SONGS BE SUNG,

STORIES BE HEARD

Music: "Melody Of My Dreams" by Whitesand (Martynas Lau)

"Believe that you can be strong; that you can be wise. Believe that you can survive and therefore be resilient. Whatever your experiences were and are, believe that 'grace' can meet you. Every circumstance can become a path to your freedom and peace, & can be a path to your vitality and wholeness."

The idea of voice, song and storytelling synonymous to freedom and flight, as well as earthly death synonymous to wings and redemption are what Frances is currently exploring and diving into artistically.
